Guidelines
for funding home loans have become more stringent during the
past year. Large super jumbo loans ($2m and up)
refinance or purchase maximum loan to value is normally 80% to
90% with good fico score with our major banks funding.
Loan size over $5 million may drop to 70% loan to value.
Guidelines
for refinance and purchase with lower fico scores 550-600
maximum loan to value is normally 80%.
Guidelines
for refinance and purchase with higher fico scores 700 and
above on loans up to $1m maximum loan to value is normally
90%.

permanent foundation with fico score 650 or above maximum loan

unsecured and others have to be secured. We do not control the
requirements of the lenders. We have been in the lending
business for over 20 years and we know the lending guidelines for all
type loans. When you place your computer loan search order and
then receive the loan summary form (as instructed) and return that to
us, if you are making a loan request that does not appear to be
fundable, we will not refund your loan search cost but at no
additional charge we will tell you how to re-structure your loan
request so that it is fundable. And after you have restructured
