Professional Loan brokering is not a job!  If you are just looking for a job forget loan brokering.  Loan brokering is a lifetime profession by professionals and you should not enter the field with the thought that you will stop some of the money that comes through your hands and go to the bank with it.   Loan brokering is a highly professional, highly enjoyable and highly profitable enterprise....only after you become trained in the profession.  Anyone who offers you a loan broker program offering anything less-forget about it you will waste your money.   If you think you can enter the profession without training forget loan brokering.  After 20 plus years in the profession we see many would-be loan brokers come into the field with these false ideas.  They waste lenders and investors time because of their lack of knowledge and soon no lenders will do business with them and they exit the profession leaving their scars-oftentimes on both lenders and borrowers.
