FREEDOMS AND ABUSES

America is a great nation with a lot of freedoms.  Those freedoms leave a huge opening for abuse of the free enterprise system by power pockets that become entrenched in our society.  Some of the most serious abuses are found within the framework of our own government.  Since lawyers are in control of the power structures in government this is where we find the greater abuses and often those abuses are the result of a dangerous conspiracy that is obvious but very difficult to prove!  

LAWYERS IN CONTROL

In the Federal congress we find 65% of that body are lawyers.  In the Executive branch 25 of the 45 presidents have been lawyers with two in the White House presently.  In the third branch of government the Judicial, for decades we find 100% lawyers with robes on.  So we have lawyers making the laws, lawyers judging us in the laws, lawyers prosecuting us in the laws, lawyers defending us in the laws, lawyers interpreting the laws and lawyers administering the laws.  What a constitutional nightmare!  What an opportunity for conspiracy and abuse and it is happening!

LAWYERS AND CRIME IN AMERICA

Americans have been the victims of 159,000,000 million crimes during the 13-year period ending 2002.  Since 1967 our nation has seen a 350% increase in crime.  The criminal justice system has become a revolving door for criminals.  There has been no meaningful legal justice reform during the past 40 years as crime becomes the greatest threat America faces.  Lawyers are the chief financial beneficiaries of crime.
