Hi I'm Sammy Sorrell.  I love America and while I believe America is the greatest nation on earth, I understand it's serious flaws and some of the dangerous conspiracies that are embedded in the power pockets of the nation. I am not a conspiracy theorist. Some of those conspiracies exist within the framework of our own government.  In 1987 after losing $500,000 to lawyer malpractice and a confidential report that I could not win a lawsuit because the lawyer judge was sleeping with the adversary attorney, I began research of the American judicial system.  In 1990 I founded the national organization United Citizens For Legal Reform.  Over 500,000 visitors from every state have come to our website and after 19 years the visitors keep coming today.  The feedback from these visitors has been part of my research project. 

To get a better inside view in the 1990's I signed on with a law firm to do investigative file work, case preparation and trial work.  This period of study led me to take a close look at the operation of both the civil and criminal justice system.  After doing trial background preparation work on one criminal case involving a black Cuban American I became convinced this case was racial and should have never been brought. Clearly the evidence pointed to a gang surrounding this man and he attempted to defend himself.  It took a bizarre direction totally under the cloud of lawyer politics.  The case began from its inception with an arrest by the city police department on a firearm charge and then loaded up with other related charges.  This is an old lawyer trick-throw as much crap against the wall as possible and hope some of it will stick!  Because of an unbelievable cloud of lawyer politics before reaching a trial the case traveled through the District attorney office and a subsequent indictment and then to the State district criminal court.  From there it went to the State appellate court and on to the State Supreme court for numerous constitutional violations and finally to the Federal district court and then back to the State criminal district court for trial.  After several extensions by the State the case finally reached jury trial after three years-a constitutional violation on the face!.  

The jury deliberated a little more than one hour and returned a not guilty verdict on all counts.  I spoke with one juror after the trial and her remark was; "How in the world did this case ever get filed?"  Well it got filed by a loose cannon cop who was not color blind and he disappeared from the force not long after the legal fireworks started and we had to chase him all over the nation as a witness.  Add to that the lawyer judge that presided voiced his displeasure by remarking; "I would have decided the case differently."  Of course he would have decided it differently (lawyer politics) considering his close relationship with the State prosecutor. 

I found this case was not unique and even more reprehensible are the scores of criminals throughout the nation that go free that should be in prison.  All this highlights judicial politics in a justice system comprised of a dominant lawyer culture where it is all about winning with lawyer prosecutors and all about winning with defense lawyers and lawyer judges factored into plea bargains and other judicial crapshoots behind closed doors.  This is the revolving door where thousands of cases where justice be damned leaving the American public at great risk.  Consider the drunk drivers (DWI's) that have killed more Americans than in all our wars combined.  Yet these terrorists are back out on the street with as many as 40 prior arrests (New Mexico).  Lawyer politics-you decide?

In my first book titled "Lawyers Destroying America, A Parasitical Culture", I received some threatening phone calls and a few trumped up harassing legal actions.  Few Americans realize what really goes on behind closed doors in government and how deeply embedded some conspiracies really are.

Lets look at the facts.  Over 65% of the Federal Congress (The Federal Lawmaking Branch) are lawyers.  25 of the 45 Presidents (The Executive Branch) have been lawyers with a president and vice president both lawyers taking over the White House in 2009.  In the Judicial system (The Third Branch) 100% lawyers have been in control of that branch for decades.  So we have lawyers making the laws, lawyers prosecuting us in the laws, lawyers defending us in the laws, lawyers judging us in the laws, lawyers interpreting the laws and lawyers administering the laws.  What a constitutional nightmare!  Under any other legal scheme this monopoly would be illegal. The three branch of government is rendered totally ineffective as pertains to justice in America. Crime and the justice system from top to bottom is America's greatest threat and no meaningful laws for legal justice reform have been enacted during the past 40 years in either political administration.

Now what do these facts reveal?  We heard lawmakers and the media give us a daily count of American deaths on the political issue of the war in Iraq.  With ten times more gruesome deaths resulting from crime in America this did not become a political issue and the subject was almost mute!  Is this a conspiracy?  During the presidential campaign in 2008, Iraq was a big issue worthy of almost a daily mention.  Yet crime in America was never mentioned-totally mute!  Can you believe this is accidental?  America has now gained the title of the most violent nation on earth and ranks number one in the world for imprisoned criminals with nearly 600,000 of them turned loose on unsuspecting Americans each year.  Daily we hear about a gruesome crime and the criminal has a "prior record" is almost always the byline.  How tragic!

Terrorism is a controversial subject with multiple definitions. One definition means a violent action targeting civilians exclusively.
