We do not accept forms in handwriting or faxed!

  FOLLOW THE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS BELOW;

 *Both Residential and Commercial applicants complete form #1.  
 *Complete form in detail or your loan processing will be delayed. 

The loan summary form precedes all document submissions.  When you complete the loan summary form in every detail we can respond very quickly if we can fund your loan request.  To obtain your loan summary form to complete and send online, send E-mail to loans@money-finance.us and put LOAN SUMMARY FORM in caps on the subject line.  You will receive your form promptly with instructions for completion and sending online

 TO: LOAN BROKERS:

Brokers for Residential or Commercial borrowers please complete online form #1 above.  Upon review if the loan request is accepted we will send a document request form for completion of a loan file.   Do not submit any other documents until you have been sent a pre-approval document check sheet. Notice: Loan request will not be considered unless forms are complete.  We do not process loans that are being shopped-we require an exclusive processing agreement with the borrower.  IF WE CANNOT FUND THE LOAN IT PROBABLY CANNOT BE FUNDED!!!!!

We maintain a forms databank of the Respa and other forms.  If you need forms for any loan you are submitting to us and do not have those forms send us an email and request the forms.
