The program involves a search through our data bank of over 100,000 direct lenders in 25 different loan categories and comes up with 6 or more direct lenders nationwide that are most likely to fund your loan request based upon your application. We do not control the requirements of the lenders. The lenders do not know us and we do not know them. They have been chosen for our loan data bank because of the type of loans they do and whether they are local, regional or national. All of our sources are direct lenders there are no brokers listed in our data bank. What Type Loans Can We Search For You can search for any loan amount for any purpose from $2000 to $50,000,000 for home or commercial, hard money, foreclosure bailout, personal, consumer, business startup or expansion, leasing, credit card, auto or any other feasible loan. Some loans can be unsecured and others have to be secured. We do not control the requirements of the lenders. We have been in the lending business for over 20 years and we know the lending guidelines for all type loans. When you place your computer loan search order and then receive the loan summary form (as instructed below) and return that to us, if you are making a loan request that does not appear to be fundable, we will not refund your loan search cost but at no additional charge we will tell you how to re-structure your loan request so that it is fundable. When you are successful in getting your loan funded then we are successful at the same time. What Do I Get With The Computer Loan Search When you place your order below on the secured order form you will tell us in the order box the type of loan and the loan amount you are looking for. Then you will get a reply directing you to our digital forms site to complete a loan summary form online and send back to us. This loan summary form will be the secret to your loan search success-so be sure to get it complete. Upon receipt of the loan summary form we will then do a loan search and send you a print out of 6 or more lenders, their name and address that are most likely to fund your loan request based upon the information you have furnished. We suggest if you do not know what your credit fico score is that you go online and get a free copy of your credit report. Then copy that and send it in with forms as outlined below. This way you will not get several inquiries in your credit file. How Do I Make Contact With The Lender Once you have completed your application (Real estate secured only) we direct you to, then you will mail that application and your loan summary form direct to the lender (furnished on the printout) who will consider your loan request. You will be in touch directly with the lender. We suggest you copy your loan summary form and application in good quality form and send out those forms to all the lenders. Do not attempt to call the lenders to discuss your loan request before sending out your forms-this is not the correct way to proceed. The lender must have all information in hand to consider your loan request. We also suggest you send a cover letter which we furnish you asking the lender to tell you why your loan was not approved if that is the case. Am I Guaranteed To Get My Loan We are not the lender so we cannot guarantee your loan will be funded. We are not totally familiar with the specific lender guidelines and requirements for the loan you are requesting. We can only give you the lender sources most likely to fund your loan based upon the information you furnish us. If you are unsuccessful in your first loan submission and you send in the letter we furnish and it is returned with the reason for the loan decline and you send that a copy of that letter to us...then we will perform another computer loan search for you at no charge to you. But generally you will be successful on your first submission to the lenders What Is The Cost Of The Computer Loan Search 1. Small consumer or personal loans $5000 and under loan search cost $25, over $5000 loan search cost $35. 2. Any type of real estate home loan refinance, purchase or foreclosure bailout loan search cost $50. 3. Any type of commercial loan up to $1 million loan search cost $75, over $1 million loan search cost $100. 4.
