A no-fault divorce is just as the name implies-no fault to either spouse-you both agree upon the divorce.  If you never agreed upon anything else during the marriage, agree to agree on a no-fault divorce and save your estate.  If you don't agree upon the no-fault divorce, then you are faced with filing a petition for marriage dissolution (divorce) and this generally takes a lawyer.  This is where you are heading for the need of a bankruptcy kit.  Many simple divorces end up in the lawyers hands when they could have been handled as a no-fault divorce.
