It is all about greed!  Morality and character be damned.  We are looking at a corporate cancer that apparently formed years ago within the ranks of corporate executives.  Inflating profits and money laundering to keep company stocks hiked and siphoning off untold millions for lavish personal living.  Enron, Worldcom and Tycom  lead the parade so far.
