On 8/9/02 National law enforcement officials announced the investigation and beginning arrests of a child pornography ring on the Internet.  This may be the sickest example yet!  The ring is operated by parents of the children who forced them into sex acts, photographed the acts and placed them on the Internet.  The ring exchanged pornographic pictures with each other.  To date the arrests have named parents among which were a child counselor, a chiropractor and other individuals in the United States and in European countries.
