UCLR
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q.
When was UCLR founded?
A. In 1990
Q.
Does UCLR give legal advice?
A. No UCLR does not give legal advice. UCLR offers information and
information products to all Americans that wish to handle their own
legal affairs or represent themselves in court.
Q. Does
UCLR target individual lawyers?
A. No UCLR targets the dominant lawyer culture comprising the
legal services monolopy. That includes over 60% of the federal
congress that are lawyers, 24 of the 43 presidents have been lawyers,
100% of the 3rd branch of government the judicial branch are
lawyers. We have lawyers making the laws, judging us in the laws,
defending us in the laws, prosecuting us in the laws, interpreting the
laws and administering the laws. This is an absolute
constitutional nightmare.
Q. Does UCLR get
involved in any individual lawsuits or litigation from inquiries of
perceived victims of the judicial system?
A. No UCLR goal and purpose is to bring about legal
justice reform nationwide.
Q. Does UCLR have
a databank of lawyer or judicial complaints from around the nation?
A. Yes after thousands of complaints from around the nation, UCLR
established a Website for these complaints and now takes those
complaints and posts them by State. The link can be found on the
Home site. Presently being updated and reconstructed.
Q. What is the
most important thing that can happen to bring about legal justice reform
in America.
A. A consolidated effort by individuals and legal justice reform
groups around the nation to create a national network and become a
political force. We invite all legal justice reform organizations,
groups and individuals to join our e-mail network for exchange of
communication in a nationwide effort. E-mail; legal@atps.com
.
Q. What is the
danger to the nation if lawmakers continue to refuse to
face the issue of legal justice reform?
A. Because the
criminal justice system has become a revolving door, Americans now
realize the nation faces a great risk of personal and property crime.
(159,000,000 million crimes in a recent 13 year period) Americans will
eventually turn to vigilante justice and that will be followed by
anarchy in the nation-the picture will be ugly and could destroy the
nation as we now know it.
