Welcome to Judicial Victims In America. This site is intended to serve a three-fold purpose;

    The problem of judicial victims is a very real problem that affects our entire nation and it cannot be solved easily. We all know much of what happens in government, happens behind closed doors! This is particularly true of the judicial branch of government-basically policing themselves with lawyer-judges set up behind a wall the system calls "absolute judicial immunity". Today we have a lawyer controlled nation. Lawyers are in the majority in the federal congress, so we have lawyers making the laws in the legislative branch of government. Twenty four of the forty two American presidents have been lawyers, so we have lawyers dominating the executive branch of government. One hundred percent of the judicial branch of government are lawyers. This leaves us with lawyers making the laws, judging us in the laws, prosecuting us in the laws, defending us in the laws, interpreting the laws and administering the laws. Is this a constitutional nightmare? This type of forum is an open ended invitation for those within the judicial system to abuse the laws, violate constitutional rights, abuse the legal process and otherwise commit all types of corruption and wrongdoing-even tyranny, then cover it up under the guise of "judicial discretion".

It is time to start putting the faces on the judicial victims in America. For almost a decade now, United Citizens For Legal Reform (UCLR) has communicated with thousands and assisted scores of judicial victims. Yes some who have lost everything and were at the point of suicide after discovering their own lawyer had robbed them blind, while a lawyer-judge stood silently by and approved of the carnage.

When we say there are millions of judicial victims in the USA, we need to give a foundation for credibility for that statement. If you have ever tried to get hard, specialized statistical information from the American judicial system, you will quickly realize it would be easier to get gold bricks out of Fort Knox in broad daylight.

If the statistics you are trying to get cast no bad reflection upon the system-they are readily available. If the statistics you are seeking could lead to any startling revelation-you can forget it! The closed door, clandestine-like operation of the American judicial system make it almost impossible to accurately determine the exact number of non-lawyer pro se litigants now entering the judicial system annually at an accelerated pace and certainly you could get no hint of the number of judicial victims. However fairly accurate estimates from public records can be made on the data we do have available.

ABC television network has reported over 95 million legal actions pass through the American courts annually. Two separate surveys by United Citizens For Legal Reform revealed approximately 100,000 formal complaints are filed annually in the USA against lawyers and lawyer-judges. This amounts to 12% of the total active lawyer population. Using these numbers let's take 12% of the 95 million actions which is 11.4 million. Now for the sake of all the lawyers and skeptics who would cry a non-scientific conclusion, let's reduce this number by 75%. We are still looking at just under 3 million potential victims annually based upon formal complaints filed. Those of us who study these issues believe, were it not for the gag rule placed upon lawyer complaints in 34 states, it is logical to believe the number of formal complaints would double and thus by our math the number of judicial victims would double.

Most patriotic, loyal and constitutional minded Americans believe that government must derive its "just powers from the consent of the governed" and the branches of government and officers shall have such powers and such only as shall be given by the people; That the assumption by branches of government or by officers of rights or powers not specifically conferred upon them is usurpation; and because impeachment or other trial lies against any officers who so usurps rights or powers not specifically conferred. That America has a bill of rights which places wholly beyond the reach of lawful government certain matters affecting "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness," and specifically the right of freedom of conscience and worship, the right to free speech and a free press, the right peaceably to assemble and petition the government, and the right to gain and hold property without molestation except by due process of law.
