Almost a decade ago United Citizens For Legal Reform was founded. A website was developed (http://www.atps.com/uclr) offering as much information as possible along with the offer of an information membership sharing program, sharing valuable legal information stored in computer databanks. The response has been overwhelming. Thousands have visited the website. Scores of inquiries and pleas for help from judicial victims have been received. No legal advice has been offered or given. Support for these victims in the form of information, case law research, correspondence, legal databank sharing and specialized direction has been exhausting and costly. Those who could afford it, paid an annual membership of $100.00. Not a dime has ever been paid to any staff of United Citizens for Legal Reform, all work has been voluntary even executive direction. No funding has ever been received from any private or government agency. Publications have been written by the national director and proceeds from those publications have been donated to the effort and goal of justice reform and aiding victims. It is time to take this program to another level and help is needed.

The judicial victims legal fund has been set up to carry on the work begun over a decade ago by UNITED CITIZENS FOR LEGAL REFORM plus the ongoing efforts and goals for legal justice reform. What does the Judicial Victims Legal Fund pay for?

* Legal information membership sharing and support program to help judicial victims and those persons who are representing themselves pro se without funds. Cost to operate this program is $150 per person per year.  (Almost every inquiry victim needs this program).

* Prepaid legal service program to give unlimited legal advice and consultation to victims by a member lawfirm. Cost of this program is $300 per family per year. (offered on a select basis)

* Cost of support and legal representation where victimization has robbed the person of everything and litigation or appeal is still necessary.

* Cost of support and legal representation where victimization has been blatant and unconscionable in any administrative or legal action.

* Federal class action lawsuit planned on behalf of judicial victims nationwide. (See details on home page under Federal Class Action Lawsuit planned).

* Self Help law guides, manuals, books, kits and other support publications to assist low income Americans and judicial victims.

* Ongoing activities for legal justice reform of the American judicial system. (See home page for detail on United Citizens For Legal Reform).

Contributions of $50 or more will receive FREE a copy of "The Self Help Law & Litigation Manual", cost $29.95 and a pocket edition of the U.S. Constitution.

Contributions of $100 or more will receive number 1 above plus a FREE copy of the book; "Lawyers Destroying America", American Trend Publishing, Inc., softcover $24.95 and one year subscription to the newsletter; "Legal Watch".

Contributions of $200 or more will receive number 1 & 2 above plus FREE BONUS of the famous disk titled "Legal Secrets Revealed", a compilation of 50 self help law information reports, cost $49.95.

Contributions of $500 or more will receive number 1,2,3 above plus FREE BONUS of a lifetime membership in UCLR and a 10% discount certificate good for any purchase from the Self Help Law Centers Of America.

I didn't speak up and I chose to remain ignorant about fraud-related corruption in Government I have seen and heard about. I didn't speak up and I chose to remain silent when 58,000 of my American brothers and sisters died in a political war in Vietnam. I didn't speak up when corrupt federal judges and others looted the peoples assets in the federal bankruptcy system. Yes I chose to remain silent and ignored my responsibilities as a citizen. I chose to believe the disinformation and denials by the media and government officials. I didn't speak up when I heard about all manner of political and judicial corruption. I watched the O.J. Simpson trial and said to myself this is unbelievable-but I didn't speak up. I didn't speak up because I reasoned those people directly affected by corruption would take care of themselves-after all I was not directly affected. I didn't speak up when I heard that over 100,000 formal complaints were filed annually against lawyers and lawyer-judges each year in America. Excuse me, there's a knock on my door. Can you believe this, I was just served a summons, I have just been sued for $1 million dollars-why this is outright fraud. Someone should speak up about this type of corruption!
