***SPECIAL MONTHLY MESSAGE TO VISITORS*** For reasons which the visitor may judge, the UCLR sites casts the dominant lawyer culture as a whole in a very negative light. But make no mistake about it, it is not our intent to target individuals but rather the lawyer community which has evolved into a dominant culture over the past two hundred years in America. Engineers, Architects and Bankers may also be called a culture_but only the lawyer culture presides over an exclusive, vital product or service which cannot be found elsewhere in society and that is JUSTICE ! *** UNDER THE MAGNIFYING GLASS *** I first began serious reflection upon the issue of the dominant lawyer culture in America in the early 1980's. A half million dollar loss from lawyer malpractice and judicial fraud by a lawyer-judge propelled me into an endless research of the American judicial system. That research began with a fairly simple question! Who are these people who are the keepers of American equity and justice, the keepers of our constitutional rights, our freedoms, our protection under the law? The question led me directly to hordes of lawyers who dominate the third branch (judicial) of American government. *** DRACULA IN CHARGE OF THE BLOODBANK *** After taking the judicial system apart bolt by bolt, I gained an understanding which was frightening to say least. I literally found Dracula in charge of the bloodbank. I found lawyers dominating the entire system in a scandalous conflict of interest. On the bench judging the case, it was a lawyer with a robe on. Prosecuting the case, it was a lawyer. Defending the case it was a lawyer. Hearing an appeal on the case it was more lawyers with robes on. Go to the District Attorney to report a conspiracy, more lawyers. Go to the attorney generals office with a complaint on corruption and fraud, more lawyers. Go to the state bar disciplinary committee, all lawyers. Go to the federal congress, lawyer domination there. Try the White House, two lawyers there. Go to the highest court in the land, the U.S. Supreme court, nine lawyers with robes on. Anyone can imagine the horrors that can result with Dracula in charge of the bloodbank. *** FROM FRIGHTENING TO WILD DISBELIEF*** At this point of understanding, the emotions change from frightening to wild disbelief. In a word I found a constitutional nightmare with the three branch of government totally prostituted if not destroyed. We no longer have a check and balance system of government with three distinct and separate branches as envisioned under the constitution. In a further violation of the constitution, we have a "ruling class" which precludes a republican form of government by the people as envisioned in Article 4 of the U.S. Constitution. We have a ruling class (lawyers) holding overlapping offices in one or more branches of government, a total conflict of interest under the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 6. *** NOT ALL LAWYERS ARE PERVERTS *** It is worth repeating, the effort of the UCLR sites is not to target every lawyer in America as a pervert! There are lawyers who are fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters playing a traditional family and community role so necessary in American society. The effort of the UCLR sites is not to demean the importance of a judicial system in a free democratic society. God only knows the value of an honest and unbiased judicial system which is not political and belongs to the people. The effort of the UCLR sites is not to demean the important and timely contributions of many fine people who have devoted their lives to the legal or judicial system in a positive way. While we may not like some of the ludicrous and hurtful actions of our adversary system of "equity and justice", the effort of the UCLR sites is not to suggest in any way that we should resort to any act of violence which is repugnant or otherwise commit any act that is unlawful in bringing about legal justice reform. Being realistic however, we are in a race between legal justice reform to correct an unbelievable national problem and an ugly outbreak of vigilante justice. There is an alarming increase in courtroom and lawyer office shootings and that violence is a mere symptom of a growing mistrust, suspicion and disbelief in the lawyer controlled legal services profession and the American justice system. The effort of the UCLR sites is to make a clear cut case. That case is to spotlight the urgent need to look at a nation being destroyed by a dominant culture with tyrannical authority in all branches of government. Government exists for the people and no institution of American government is more important than America's citizens. A ruling class or culture of royalty is strictly prohibited under the U.S. Constitution. There are eminent dangers in the very foundation and direction of American justice and government under lawyer control. Those dangers confront serious moral, ethical, constitutional and economic questions which are discussed on the UCLR web sites. *** 70% OF THE WORLDS LAWYERS POLICING THEMSELVES *** While we cannot illude to the actions of the dominant lawyer culture as the basis of our total moral and economic decline in the USA, we can document it's very large contribution to those problems. Leadership does not bubble up from the bottom, it trickles down from the top!
