LEGAL JUSTICE REFORM OR VIGILANTE JUSTICE
The American Judicial system is broken from years of lawyer domination, politics and monopoly. The public knows it! Criminals know it! Civil litigants know it! Most importantly the Federal congress knows it but will do nothing about it. Take a look at the facts. Look at the 1st branch of government-over 65% of the Federal congress are lawyers. Look at the 2nd branch of government-twenty four of the 44 U.S. presidents have been lawyers and a hoard of lawyers are running for president in 2008. Look at the 3rd branch of government there are nine lawyers with robes on. State political offices are largely dominated by lawyers. So what do we have? We have lawyers making the laws. We have lawyers judging in the laws. We have lawyers prosecuting us in the laws. We have lawyers defending us in the laws. We have lawyers interpreting the laws. We have lawyers administering the laws. What a constitutional nightmare! There has been no substantial legal justice reform in the past 50 years. We have bad laws. We have a revolving door criminal justice system. Our DWI's have killed more Americans than in all our wars combined and still killing at an unbelievable rate. In the 13-year period ending 2002 159,000,000 million crimes were committed against Americans. America is now the most violent nation on the earth. American leads the nations in incarcerated prisoners. What is wrong with this picture? The brutal fact is there is an economic benefit for lawyers not to change the laws or enact meaningful legal justice reform. Americans are smart and most have figured this out. As the nation turns into a killing field and the cost of homegrown terrorism (crime in America) reaches $700 billion annually that path is leading straight to vigilante justice and the real risk of anarchy in America.DWI
A HUGE NATIONAL PARADOX
An example of this paradox originated in Wisconsin where the state’s top law-enforcement officer was cited for DWI. Wisconsin Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager pleaded guilty to a civil drunken driving violation. Her excuse: “this was a big mistake.” Lautenschlager drove her state-owned car into a ditch in a one-car accident. She refused to take a blood test and her license was automatically revoked. Her blood alcohol level was 0.12% above the Wisconsin state limit of 0.08%. Undoubtedly, she was not the first, nor will she be the last officer of a state appointed or elected to enforce the laws who will perpetuate this paradox.
Another recent example happened in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The chief judge of the largest state court was caught in a law-enforcement DWI checkpoint. Judge W. John Brennan has served for over 22 years on the bench. In the early pre-dawn hours, Brennan was stopped with a female companion at the sobriety checkpoint. Brennan’s alcohol content was above the legal state limit and he was also charged with cocaine possession. Immediately, his judicial colleagues came to his defense with the claim that his “moral conduct had no reflection upon his judicial performance.” Absolute hogwash! Follow the prosecution of this crime and Americans will cry out what happened to justice! Now the New Age social engineers have convinced most of society that alcohol is indeed a “disease”. So we are now spending millions of dollars treating the “disease”. The obvious goal of the social engineers is to eliminate “choice and consequence” from our national vocabulary and conscience in favor of new psychological experts and their terms including “my own childhood abuse made me do it” theory and therefore I am not responsible. If alcoholism is a disease, then the use of drugs— which becomes a habit—is a “disease”. Taking this reasoning to the absurd, any bad choice we make that becomes a habit could be construed to be a disease, including child abuse, spouse abuse, rape, pornography, aggravated battery, petty theft, robbery and even murder. Alcohol consumption is not a disease, it is a bad choice! Notwithstanding a genetic predisposition, alcoholism is a choice and consequence problem. If there is a predisposition, then leave it alone! If adultery is a predisposition, then leave it alone! If violence and murder is a predisposition, then leave it alone! If rape is a predisposition, then leave sex alone! I should be an authority on the subject of alcohol, living with an alcoholic parent for most of my young life. My father did not have to consume alcohol; it was his choice; and the consequences followed, including domestic violence, a broken home and the premature death of my father. A disease by any logical definition is an illness or impairment that invades the human anatomy not by our own choosing. Alcohol, like tobacco or drugs, only invades the human anatomy when we make a choice and invite the invasion. As long as society continues to embrace the double standard which alcohol creates in our nation; as long as our political and judicial leaders salve their conscience balancing this “murderous disease” with the national pastime of social drinking, we will not need to go to war again to kill and maim our sons and daughters; the DWI problem will be the only war we need. THE CRIMINAL CULTURE ON THE INTERNET Criminals are like food ants. They habitually congregate away from direct view. The Internet is the perfect sanctuary for predators, spam operators, scam artists and other type illegals. Just as criminals plunder our open society and change the very lifestyle of good Americans, they now plunder the Internet with every imaginable scam plundering one of the best worldwide communication systems ever conceived. We must admit the crime war is a war of many complexities, where the enemy conveniently operates within the framework of our own faulty laws and judicial system. Needed change is drastic and immediate requiring both legislative and judicial reform. Criminals who would steal someone else's identity would steal a nickel off their dead mothers eye. Evil is the cause and swift and sure punishment is the cure. The Internet criminal culture is just one good example where the flood of high-tech crime on the Internet is far ahead of our own faulty laws.
IMMORALITY WILL LEAD TO DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA
During the past few decades, many in our society have tried very hard to create a utopia of peace without God. They have actually created a counter-culture, where the spiritual roots of peace and goodwill are now centered in selfish acts, instant gratification, self-gratification, carnal desires and irresponsibility. Now we see the falsity of this doctrine translated into crime, personal destruction and a large laundry list of immoral behavior. Assuming we agree upon the use of our Creator’s definition of moral law, let us proceed with some vital facts concerning the basics of the subject morality and immorality #101. Where does morality or immorality begin? It is a fact that the 350% increase in crime during the past 40 years is directly tied to immorality—we can track that. Where does immorality start? Where are the lessons of morality learned? Over three decades ago, David O. McKay, then president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints warned that the family is the laboratory of society. President McKay also said, “No other success can compensate for failure in the home.” What comes out of that laboratory is precisely what we should expect and will most surely get in society. “We reap what we sow” is not an idle comment: it is prophetic! During the past few decades, the family has come under vicious attack like no other organization in our entire civilization. In fact, the destruction of the basic unit of society (the family) could well be the greatest damage caused by immorality and the resulting collateral damage of crime. PREDATORS ROAMING THE NATION Each year over 570,000 prisoners are released from incarceration in the USA and thousands of them disappear into the woodwork and law enforcement don't even know where they are. Thousands more roam the streets with prior arrests sentenced to probation. Just like wild animals they surface when a live prey comes along. That prey is generally our young women or our children. Just recently a young lady in Kansas disappeared in a parking lot on a Saturday as she left a Target store after buying her boyfriend a birthday present. On Wednesday twenty miles away across the state line in Missouri her body was found. These predators just like the wild animals pick the meat and then abandon the carcass without any regard for the sacredness of human life. Then they roam the country and repeat the act until finally they are caught, prosecuted, indicted or get a plea bargain. One of these killers (Williams) who allegedly stabbed a young lady (girlfriend) 18 times killing her in Albuquerque, N.M., in 2003 is now facing trial reportedly after 41 prior arrests and convictions. Same picture, court appointed lawyers fighting for this murderer's life trying to prove he didn't commit the crime when the evidence is so overwhelming you can virtually see the blood on his hands.. The end result even if they get a sentence of execution-these predators will lavish on death row for years at tax payer expense while court appointed lawyers exhaust all the appeals. America has turned into a killing field-becoming the most violent nation on earth. Law enforcement can only arrest and warehouse these predators and their job stops there. These criminals are then turned over to the broken judicial system for ultimate release to kill again. The shameful fact is these heinous crimes are a clear unbroken cycle for years because of bad laws and a judicial system that is broken. Lawmakers and Judicial system take notice. With every one of the thousands of these violent crime cases you are making the argument for the vigilante brand of justice with quick and sure punishment-followed by anarchy! When the day of vigilante justice comes it will be because and after two cliches have been played over and over like a broken record; (1) Call law enforcement and let them handle it and (2) The accused has a prior criminal record. *A CONTINUING SERIES*HOMEGROWN
